Shipping policy

At What’s Your Next Fit (WYNF), we aim to provide a smooth, reliable, and transparent delivery experience for all customers. Please review the details below regarding our shipping methods, processing times, and delivery policies.


Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 3–4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

UK Shipping (Mainland & Northern Ireland)

All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked & Signed services.

  • Express Shipping (1–3 business days)  £7
  • Standard Shipping (2–4 business days)  £5

Please Note:
We can only ship to valid residential or commercial addresses.
We do not deliver to PO boxes or remote locations outside our designated shipping zones


Failed Deliveries & Re‑Delivery Fees

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful (e.g., no one is available to receive/sign for the parcel):

  • Your parcel may be returned to us, or
  • It may be redirected to a local pickup point for collection.

Any additional postage or re-delivery fees will be the responsibility of the customer.


Accuracy of Shipping Address

Please ensure that all shipping details entered at checkout are correct.
WYNF cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order is:

  • Marked as delivered but not received, or
  • Delivered with visible damage

Please contact us at wynfenquiriress@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the delivery notification so we can investigate and assist you.

PRE-ORDERS
From time to time, certain products made available through the services may be offered on a pre-order basis. A pre-order allows you to purchase an item before it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.


By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree that the item is not currently in stock and will ship at a later date. Unless otherwise expressly stated on the applicable product page, pre-order items may take up to six (6) weeks for delivery from the date the order is placed.

Any estimated shipping or delivery dates provided for pre-order items are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Production schedules, material availability, customs processing, carrier delays, and other circumstances beyond our control may result in delays. We are not liable for any delays related to the manufacture or delivery of pre-order items.

If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, we reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to ship the items together once the pre-order item becomes available, unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.

All pre-order purchases are subject to our refund policy. Certain pre-order items may be designated as final sale, if clearly stated at the time of purchase.
