These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the website, content, features, tools, and related services provided by WYNF The Label (“WYNF,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy . If you do not agree, do not access or use the Services.
1. Eligibility and Account Responsibilities
You represent that you are of the age of majority in your jurisdiction and have legal capacity to enter into these Terms. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials. You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account.
2. Products and Content
We use reasonable efforts to describe and depict products accurately; however, variations may occur (including colour, fit, and appearance due to device settings). We reserve the right, without notice, to modify product descriptions, pricing, availability, and to limit quantities or discontinue products at our discretion.
3. Orders and Acceptance
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may accept or reject any order, in whole or in part, at our discretion, including for stock, pricing, or fraud‑prevention reasons. An order is deemed accepted only when we send a confirmation of acceptance and process payment. Post‑acceptance changes or cancellations may not be accommodated. Returns and exchanges are governed exclusively by our Refund Policy.
4. Prices, Taxes, and Payment
Prices may change without notice. Taxes, duties, shipping, and handling charges may apply and will be disclosed at checkout where practicable. You authorize us (or our payment processors) to charge your selected payment method for all amounts due. You warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that all payment information is true, accurate, and complete.
5. Shipping, Risk of Loss, and Delivery
Delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon our delivery of products to the carrier. We are not liable for delays attributable to carriers, customs, or events beyond our reasonable control.

All content and materials on the Services—including text, graphics, images, logos, designs, and compilations—are owned by WYNF or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, revocable, non‑transferable license to access and use the Services for personal, non‑commercial purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or derivative use is prohibited absent our prior written consent. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
7. Third‑Party Tools and Links
The Services may provide access to third‑party tools, features, or websites. Such third‑party resources are provided “as is” without warranties or endorsements. Your use of third‑party resources is at your sole risk and is subject to the applicable third‑party terms and policies. We are not responsible for third‑party content, products, or services.
8. Platform Provider (Shopify)
Our store is hosted by Shopify. All purchases are made directly with WYNF. Shopify is not a party to your transaction and bears no responsibility for products, orders, or related claims.
9. Feedback and Reviews
If you submit feedback, reviews, ideas, or suggestions (collectively, “Feedback”), you grant WYNF a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, sublicensable, royalty‑free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display such Feedback for any lawful purpose. You represent that you have the necessary rights to grant this license and that your Feedback does not infringe third‑party rights or applicable laws.
10. Prohibited Conduct
You may not: (a) use the Services for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful purposes; (b) interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the Services; (c) scrape, harvest, or collect data without authorization; (d) copy, reproduce, or exploit the Services or content except as permitted herein; or (e) submit false, misleading, or infringing content. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
11. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services, in whole or in part, at any time with or without notice for any reason, including suspected violation of these Terms. Termination does not affect accrued rights or obligations. Sections intended by their nature to survive termination shall so survive.
12. Disclaimers
Except as expressly stated by WYNF in writing, the Services and all products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non‑infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted, secure, or error‑free operation or the accuracy or completeness of content.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WYNF and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, contractors, service providers, and licensors shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to the Services or products, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the amount you actually paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.
14. Modifications to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective upon posting, unless a later effective date is stated. Your continued use of the Services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non‑contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which WYNF is headquartered, without regard to its conflicts of law rules. You and WYNF irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in that jurisdiction.
16. Assignment
You may not assign, delegate, or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms without restriction.
17. Severability; No Waiver; Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and incorporated policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and WYNF regarding the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings.
